Ok, that might be an exaggeration, but we love our products, and we know you will too.

For simplicity in our inventory tracking, all the beeves have been categorized as quarters. If you want more than 1/4 of a beef, you would simply set the quantity to the correct amount on the order page. For example...
 

For 1/4 Beef, the quantity would be 1

For 1/2 Beef, the quantity would be 2

For 3/4 Beef, the quantity would be 3

For 1 whole Beef, the quantity would be 4

And you could keep doing the math if you want more than a whole beef.
