Each package contains 5, quarter pound brats. Our All-Beef Brats are available in 4 distinctively different flavors. You can choose from:
Blue Ribbon -a great standard flavor with cheddar cheese
Philly Cheese - that great Philly Cheese flavor with onions, bell peppers, and mozarella cheese
Jalapeno Popper - has jalapenos, and pepper jack cheese. A kick of spice but not overwhelming
Ghost Pepper - sounds intimidating but it is not as scary as it sounds. A level of heat that is almost addictive and makes a great addition to scrambled eggs, potato soup, or just on a bun.
